Our Guarantee Each plant is hand-selected from our nursery stock to provide you with the best plant possible. We work hard to keep our plants healthy. However, we have no control of our plants once they leave our nursery. We cannot guarantee your gardening abilities, hungry animals, or weather-related difficulties that may occur once you receive your plants. We encourage you to e-mail us for care and planting tips to provide your plants the best home possible. jensfarm prides itself in exercising the greatest care in keeping varieties true-to-name. All orders are booked on good faith and subject to crop conditions. If you receive plants of questionable quality, please notify us by phone or e-mail within 10 days. If you do not notify us within this period of time, plants that could have been saved will become out of our control and responsibility. We will gladly work with you to correct any problems you may have with your plants that are or are not our fault, but we cannot be liable for any amount greater than the purchase price of the plant in question. Shipping Orders will be filled in the order we receive payment for them. In spite of our best efforts, a reserved plant may fall prey to pests, disease, or fail to meet our quality standards just before shipment. If this should happen, we will contact you immediately. We can either send you an acceptable substitution, give you a credit/refund, or reserve one from the next crop. Shipping charges will be based on the size of the plant(s) and the size of your order (minimum $10.00 shipping charge). We usually ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. The shipping costs include our time to take the order, pull the plants from the growing area, prepare it, pack it, and fill out the paperwork. It also includes the cost of packing materials and actual shipping costs. If you feel these charges are too high, you can bypass them by visiting our nursery so you can personally pick out your plants to take home with you. We ask that you call us first so we can be sure to clear a space in our schedule for your visit. |
